Jujeh.com, Inc., formerly known as Persian-Cafe.com is headquartered in Mountain View, California. It is the premier social networking and dating website for Persian and Middle Eastern Singles. The site has 14,000 profiles and growing rapidly.

The Challenge

Persian-Cafe.com visionary management wanted to revive the site grounds up. Idea was to leverage new Web 2.0 technologies and add several new features to position it as a comprehensive dating and social networking site. This involved multiple challenges. First, the new site had to be conceived and designed to Web 2.0 more interaction within the community. Secondly, the site had to be designed with backward compatibility in mind. Thousands of existing profile had to work seamlessly in the new site, with zero downtime. Last, but not the least, it all had to be done with zero downtime requiring immaculate planning and execution.

The Solution

Spectrum partnered with the management team of Jujeh.com to get grounded in their vision and strategy. The two teams worked hand in hand in designing a brand new graphical theme and build several enhanced features.

The web based platform is developed in ASP.NET as front end, SQL Server 2005 as back end database
