Their business turnaround consultants conduct a comprehensive examination of the marketplace and evaluate company's current position including its strengths and weaknesses. The Challenge

The Parkland Group conceived an innovative service for their clients - A one day workshop to do corporate body scan. Idea was to interview key manager and employees and evaluate the company in four areas – Strategy, Organization Culture, Accounting and Responsiveness (SOAR).  The needed a software to run all aspects of the workshop and needed the ability to create a final report on the spot.
      

The Solution

Spectrum partnered with The Parkland Group to convert their vision into a realty.  The System Architect team designed an innovative client server based solution with two way synchronization between remote databases and centralized server. The software handles multiple industries and can be rolled out to remote partners for conducting off line workshops. It churns out a graphical report including the findings and recommendations coming out of interviews from the entire day.

The Technology

This software is developed  in Visual Basic, Crystal and MS Access.
