The Challenge

CandidMatch wanted to leverage a technology solution that would allow their team to get fully integrated with client's team and processes. Having researched all major recruiting softwares available in the market, CandidMatch decided to develop its own proprietary software platform. This platform had to be available both as SAAS, and on-premise solution. It had to support multi-tenant model, while being scalable enough to handle thousands of resumes for hundreds of clients.

The solution had to support exhaustive work flow, complex candidate screening and  ability to parse and upload resumes in multiple format.

The Solution

Spectrum partnered with CandidMatch to jointly develop a road map for a feature rich exhaustive solution. This web based solution was developed over a period of 9 months by a team of 11 engineers in dual shore model. The platform leverages state of the art web 2.0 technologies, allows VOIP integration, does automated candidate screening and automates a variety of tasks involved in back office operations of a recruiting department. The QA team did the testing and certification for Data Volume, Multi User and Stress testing. 

The Technology

The web based platform is developed in ASP.NET as front end, SQL Server 2005 as back end database. It leverages several third party utilities for interactive web analytics, VOIP calling, Scheduling and work flow management.
